From a purely marketing oriented standpoint one can look at everything Mac as the current level of high end self marketing that was once the supreme domain of companies like CocaCola, Pepsi Co., Dell and everything Disney. As we look to the present and the near future one can effectually see the iMac/Apple brand being the formula that every other potential company is going to use as a yard stick upon which to self brand and publicly reach markets. The iEverything of the consumer product world has, in effect, become everything we see every day. With Billboards cut down to simplistic two tone images and "clean white spaces" now filling in for "busy bright colors" we see the world around us falling under the iEverything umbrella more and more everyday. With companies like Dell and IBM racing to catch up with the advances Apple has brought to the market place we can only hope that the next step in technology will come soon from new companies and hopefully usher in real change like that seen from Apple and not the purely aesthetic changes we witnessed during the early 2000's from other more ponderous companies.
PS: If you read everything above with the right set of eyes you'll notice that none of it made any real sense.
